A book I turned to again and again…
I don’t understand why this book isn’t more popular. Perhaps it’s the title, not sexy enough? Perhaps it covers too many areas of yoga? I can’t figure it out.

A complete guide
It is a very good work. I do not give 5 stars because i would like the descriptions of some of the stances to be explained with more details.
