This is exactly what I was looking for. I actually got it cheaper on Amazon than any other site. I did have to wait a while for shipping due to the product being out of stock…

Great product, better value!
Great mat, especially for the price. It is quite thick compared to most mats. When stored rolled up, it tends to curl a little when opened, but all mats do this. GREAT BUY!

Great Product for the money
I had never done Pilates before and was unsure of the type of mat to get. I read several reviews and decided on this one. Good choice. It is thick and very long.

To slow and boring
This video is very slow and repetitive, so I give this 1 point. I think to hold any attention for long it has to be better. At least for me this was a bad experience.

I do not have anything against Ms. Fonda but this tape, even with the use of sun salutations, is slow slow slow.

Great beginner tape.
This workout is excellent for the beginner, and the not terribly flexible. Alternate positions are shown and you can progress at your own rate.

Gentle, Yet Effective
This was the first yoga workout tape I ever bought. At first when I started doing it, I had to keep looking at the tv to make sure I was doing the moves right.
